Prerequisite: ART 151 Video I or permission of the instructor

Course Description: Video II is an intermediate course in video and audio production. Students expand their hands-on knowledge of digital video recording equipment, audio and software editing for the purpose of both expressive and commercial purposes. In addition, examination and use of film theory and narrative construction will be integrated into the video projects.
Students will work both individually and collaboratively on projects taking on various roles in the pre-production, production and post-production phases of filmmaking. Students will complete video projects and learn how to format these for use on various platforms.
