PHY 122N: Fundamentals of Physics II was Introduction to Physics
Prerequisite: PHY 121N with a grade of “C” or higher.
Credits: 4 cr. hrs. (6 pds: 3 lec, 3 lab)
Course Description: This course provides an introduction to general physics as the second semester of a two-semester, non-calculus-based physics sequence. This course includes the following topics: the nature of physics, electricity and electrical circuits, magnetism and electromagnetism, optics, atomic physics, nuclear physics, quantum mechanics, and relativity.
