Course Description: This course will serve to preserve and perpetuate students’ knowledge, creation and use of Tohono O’odham Basketry, both historical and contemporary. Students will learn oral history, songs and stories pertaining to the use and production of baskets. Students will
use natural and contemporary materials to construct finished products.
